Jiabing Fan, MD, PhD
Jiabing Fan is Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES). Before joining UMES, Jiabing was an Assistant Adjunct Professor at UCLA School of Dentistry. The Fan lab works on integral approach related to stem cells, nanotechnology, drug delivery and chemical engineering to develop innovative therapeutic strategies for age-related oral and systemic diseases. Jiabing received Ph.D. from Sun Yat-sen University in 2010, during which he was a visiting graduate scholar in Bioengineering at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore (2008-2009). He then completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University.
